About Desan A&B Insurance

Desan A&B Insurance was founded in 2021 by its members Yoel Diaz and Yoibys Cervantes. Initially operating as Desan A&B Services LLC, the company signed a Joint Management Agreement (Joint Venture) with Dolphy Inc. DBA Dolphy & Dolphin School —a prestigious institution specialized in insurance and tax education— to establish a branch in the city of Tampa. The goal was to expand services and offer certified pre-licensing insurance courses in Central Florida.

Due to the excellence of its services and increasing market demand, the founders have earned various licenses and certifications as insurance agents and tax preparers. These achievements are supported by a strong academic and professional background in Accounting and Finance, with over 15 years of experience both in the U.S. and internationally.

Today, Desan A&B Insurance continues its Joint Venture with Dolphy Inc. while managing the Dolphy School Central Florida branch. In addition, the company is fully licensed as an insurance agency in the state of Florida, offering a wide range of insurance products through highly reputable and customer-oriented carriers.

Beyond personal, commercial, auto, home, life, and health insurance, Desan A&B also provides reliable bookkeeping for small businesses and personal and corporate tax preparation services —highly trusted and widely recommended by clients.
